超聲經(jīng)顱多普勒血流分析儀過去應用的超聲發(fā)射平呂一般為5~10MHZ，由于超聲特性，其發(fā)射的頻率越高，穿透力越低，只能反映淺表的血流情況，如四肢的周圍血管血流測定，即使目前使用的3.5MHZ頻率，能檢測腹部、胸腔內(nèi)臟器及其血流，但也受骨質(zhì)的吸收的影響，遇到骨組織即發(fā)生嚴重衰減。

因此，要達到顱內(nèi)深層組織，必須使用低頻率的超聲發(fā)射，檢測深部血管血流變化，減少顱骨對超聲的吸收。
